1. All bookings are confirmed against advance payment of 50% payment. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice if booking amount not paid.
2. All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. The booking is not confirmed till we send you booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation is not accepted over the phone. All cancellations must be made in writing.
4. Guests are required to furnish an identity proof at the time of check in like passport, Driving license, voter or Aadhar card.
5. Guests are advised to keep the age proof of children who are below 5yrs, as hotel may ask for the same. if the child seems older. If the guest is unable to produce any proof of age, then the hotel has right to charge as per hotel terms.
6. As a courtesy to fellow guests, we provide stay and meals to drivers at a minimal cost.
7. If in a rare case, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver the requested accommodation, you will be offered an alternate accommodation or a full refund.
8. Length of stay can be extended or a Pro-rate basis subject to availability of rooms
